Terms of Use

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using AskTQ (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this Service.

2. Use License

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use AskTQ for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service. Prohibited activities include:

  • Harassment, abuse, or threats toward other users or staff.
  • Uploading or sharing malicious code, viruses, or malware.
  • Accessing the Service through unauthorized or automated means.

5. AI-Generated Content

  • AskTQ is not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated responses.
  • You own the generated content and may use it for personal or business purposes.

6. Disclaimer of Professional Advice

AskTQ provides educational and practical planning support only. The Service does not provide legal, tax, medical, investment, or licensed financial advice. You should:

  • Consult with qualified professionals (lawyers, accountants, doctors, financial advisors) for important decisions.
  • Not rely solely on AI-generated responses for legal, tax, medical, or financial matters.
  • Assume full responsibility for decisions made based on information from the Service.

Use of AaskTQ is at your own risk. We are not liable for any consequences arising from your reliance on AI-generated content.

7. Subscription and Billing

If you purchase a paid subscription:

  • You authorize us to charge your payment method according to your chosen plan.
  • Subscriptions will renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • Refunds are not available for partial months or unused portions of your subscription.
  • We may modify pricing with 30 days' notice.
  • Billing is managed through Stripe and subject to their terms.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and all its content are the exclusive property of AskTQ or our licensors, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and images. Your use of the Service does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights in the Service or the content you access.

You retain ownership of content you create and upload. By uploading content, you grant AskTQ a license to use, process, and display it as necessary to provide the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ASKTQ AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. ASKTQ MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE SERVICE, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. ASKTQ DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AskTQ and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited conduct. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease, and your account data may be deleted.

13. Modifications to the Service

AskTQ reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any features) at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States.

16. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court to prevent misuse of the Service.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
